As the team has noticed my participation has not been consistant. First due to some family situations, then job scheduling and now for the last 4 weeks a nagging knee muscle sprain. I have been strengthening my knee for two weeks now and plan to add some sgility and speed drills to test my knee in hopes it is good to go to finish the season with my team.the Orlando Rage. While my job schedule(4pm-12am) keeps me out of practice trust that I have been working to recover and play along side you guys. I would also like to say in closing any talk that I did not want to be a Rage should be put to rest. I am a player first. LETS GO RAGE!

due to busy deadlines and countless shows, i have not been able to participate like i have wanted... i have been back and forth from california to michigan to new york, to prepare to run sound for wrestle mania...after this week it will all be over and i can come back and support the team.. just know that i am still there in spirit and after this week and the wrestlemania show i will be back.... to play!!!!! thanks for being patient
